eBay wholesale/drop shipping? Need help and advice?

OK so I been selling on eBay for a good two months. Sold a lot of stuff I haven’t used or been using. Now I am running out of stuff to sell!! I really want to take this business seriously.

Where should I get more stuff to sell? I heard of wholesale and drop shipping. How does that work? Is it worth it? Are there companies you can trust? Where do I get started?

Any advice would be great because I want to sell more on eBay.

    Yes Drop Shipping does work but you have to get a feel for it and keep experimenting with different products and markups. A lot of trial and error. The big boys that really have worked to get a niche are doing quite well. There are a number of companies out there, two of them being ClickClub and Doba. It is like anything else, you really have to work at it because there is no free lunch. Hope this helps out a bit! Good luck!!

    Dealextreme is one I know about which is good.

    One problem with dropshipping is you may get negative feedback from newer ebayers as they mightnt accept the longer delivery time - it could take up to 2 weeks.

    Also if you are selling dropship items located in hong kong, you must enter the item location as hong kong. So some buyers may just look for items located in USA, Canada, etc and will ignore yours

    The one thing you should know is that there are a lot of people running scams out there. I wouldn’t trust site that require you to pay for a list of wholesalers especially when that’s something you can find for free with a little searching online. Here’s a free source that i use:. They give you free access to their entire database of wholesale suppliers. I bet you can find things to sell there, as they have distributors in virtually every products category. I’ve had some success through them. Good luck.
