They will ship the item directly to your customer, using no identification so the customer may assume that the product came directly from you… That way, no stocking costs, or shipping costs to duplicate… Beware, however, because that means if the shipper does not do what they are supposed to, it falls on you…you cannot delegate responsibility for late or non-existent shipment of product. Good deal if you can trust the shipper to deliver complete and on time… Research shippers before you invest your money or your company’s good reputation..

It means they will ship an item on behalf of you to another address.
